The HR release notes for Q4 2025 are available here and will be updated throughout this quarter as new features and fixes are introduced. The notes include only defects that may affect you or require your attention, while general fixes are communicated through your customer care tickets.

2025-12 release (December 2025)

New features
New mobile site enabled (if you have been informed of successful enablement)
While the release was successful, there is a known issue for managers, who in certain circumstances with a verification present, are unable to access the menu. We are working on a fix for this issue as a priority.
- The mobile version of your HR system has been enhanced with improved navigation and new functionality, making it easier to manage HR tasks on the go
You can now upload documents (photo or file) from your device and accept policies, alongside an improved menu layout for quick access to:
- Time Off - new upload documents (subject to configuration)
- Documents (new upload option)
- Policy Acceptance - new!
- See Who’s Off
- Employee Directory
- Verifications
- Reports
- Pay Documents (add-on)

New features
New ‘Available Upgrades’ menu (system administrators only)
- We’ve updated the product menu to make it easier for system admins to discover additional Ciphr solutions. A new Available Upgrades section will display icons for Ciphr products not currently in use: such as Analytics, Benefits, LMS, Payroll, and iRecruit
- Each icon links directly to a dedicated page on our website, providing clear, accessible information to help you learn more about what’s available and how these products can support your organisation
