Your Q4 2026 HR release notes are here. We'll keep this page updated throughout the quarter as new fixes land. We only include notable product fixes that may affect our customers generally; customers will be separately notified of product fixes specifically related to you via your customer care tickets.
2026-15 (October 2026)
Due for release from 12 October 2026.
This release adds more further information fields to personal details and streamlines scheduled report configuration, alongside a number of improvements and fixes.
New features
Personal Details further information field limit increased
Personal details now offers 40 more text and 20 more date further information fields. The new limits are:
60 text fields
40 date fields
20 number fields (unchanged)
Nothing will change with your current setup until a new field is configured. The new fields are not currently available in Bulk Change, Total Reward Statements or public API access, but we plan to add them in a future release.
Scheduled reports streamlined configuration
- Configure scheduled reports has been streamlined so that each report is listed separately, rather than within a schedule.
- Where you previously had multiple reports attached to a schedule, they are now listed separately and numbered in brackets.
- The example below shows a former schedule "Monthly KPIs" with two reports now listed on individual rows (1 of 2, 2 of 2)
Improvements
Talent management drafts cleared after 90 days
Unsubmitted talent management review drafts are now cleared automatically if they haven't been changed for 90 days. Submitted sections aren't affected.
Reviewers will now see a message on unsubmitted sections explaining how long their draft is kept, and the first nightly run after the release will clear any drafts already older than this.
| Note: If you have customised these messages in the Languages configuration, your wording is kept. |
Screen reader access
The profile menu in the side navigation now opens with Enter or Space in both NVDA and JAWS, and its expanded state is announced.
Fixes
- Multi-level approvals: saving a change that needs multi-level approval, such as a time off booking, no longer fails with the "Unable to create the verification" error.
-
Policy Acceptance: performance improvement for larger organisations.
