Access recruitment reporting in the Recruiters Portal
Recruitment reporting is available through the Recruiters Portal.
- Log in to the Recruiters Portal using your recruiter credentials
- Select the My Reports tab to view the recruitment reports available to your account
- Open the required report and apply any relevant filters
- Run the report and export the results if required
| Note: If you cannot see or access the My Reports tab, this is typically due to your recruiter permissions. Contact your organisation's iRecruit Administrator, who can review and update your access. |
Request access to the Recruiters Portal
If you do not currently have a Recruiters Portal account, an administrator can create one for you.
- Ask your Ciphr iRecruit Administrator to log in to the Admin Portal
- Navigate to Company Name > Users
- Select Recruiters
- Click Add Recruiter
- Complete the required fields:
- Surname
- First Name
- Email Address
- Password
- Confirm Password
- Select the appropriate permissions for the new recruiter account, including reporting access where required
- Click Save
|
Important: Only users with a valid Recruiters Portal account and the appropriate permissions can access recruitment reporting. Creating a recruiter account does not automatically grant access to all reports. Reporting permissions may need to be configured separately depending on your organisation's setup. |
Expected outcome
Once a user has been granted access to the Recruiters Portal and assigned the appropriate permissions, they will be able to access the My Reports area, run recruitment reports, and export reporting data as required.
If reporting functionality remains unavailable, an iRecruit Administrator should review the user's permissions and recruiter account configuration.
