This guide will show you how to manage On-Screen Messages.

Overview
On-Screen Messages are visible to applicants within the Ciphr iRecruit Applicant portal. These messages provide information to the applicant as they go through the application and recruitment process.
On-Screen Messages are maintained through the Admin Portal.
Note: Access to the Admin Portal is restricted and only accessible to users of iRecruit with the appropriate permissions. |
To manage On-Screen Messages
- In the Admin Portal click Configuration > Communications > On-Screen Messages
- The screen will display the messages that can be configured - the first one of which will be Terms and Conditions (internal)
- The other messages that are available to be configured are displayed under this top option
- Enter and format the text as required
- Click Save
Examples of frequently used On-Screen Messages
- Killer Question Message Failure - used in conjunction with Killer Questions. If the candidate does not meet the killer question requirement the message will be displayed
- Register Login Page Message - is seen by the candidate via the portal when they click on a job and then click Apply Now
- Invite to interview response message - this message is seen by the Candidate in the Candidate Portal. Click on Messages in the portal and the candidate will be able to see the interview information and when they click on respond to an interview the below message will appear
