This guide explains how to configure a recruiter as a Superuser with access to all jobs in Ciphr iRecruit, and how to use the Assign Jobs feature to ensure visibility of existing vacancies. It is intended for HR and recruitment administrators managing recruiter permissions and job access.
Set Superuser and All Jobs access in the Admin Portal
These steps ensure the recruiter has the correct permissions to access all current and future vacancies.
- Log in to the Admin Portal
- Open the relevant recruiter account
Tick the Superuser checkbox on the recruiter profile, and select Select Superusers for Recruiter group
In Assign Jobs, key in All and click search, All jobs will appear in the search, tick this box and then save. This will provide access to All Jobs rather than specific assigned jobs only
- Click Save to apply the changes
Important: Both the Superuser and All Jobs options must be enabled to provide full visibility of vacancies.
Note: Granting Superuser access alone may not provide visibility of all historical vacancies.
Important: This step is often required for recruiters to gain visibility of vacancies that were created before they were granted Superuser or All Jobs access.
Note: Depending on the number of vacancies in the system, the assignment process may take a few moments to complete.
Tip: Logging out and back in refreshes the user's permissions and ensures recent changes are applied correctly.
Expected outcome
Once the recruiter has been configured as a Superuser, granted All Jobs access, and assigned all existing vacancies through the Assign Jobs feature, they should be able to view and manage all relevant jobs within the Recruiter Portal.
If vacancies are still missing after completing these steps, contact Ciphr Support for further investigation into the recruiter's permissions and job assignments.
