Admin Portal password reset
If an Admin Portal user requires a password reset:
- A ticket must be raised via the Customer Care Portal
- We'll reset the password and send you a notification containing a one‑time security code.
- Once you receive the security code, you'll need to call the Customer Care Team on 01628 814 040
- Quote your security code to the advisor, which allow us to verify your identity before issuing password credentials
- After successful verification, your new Admin Portal password will be provided
Creating a new Admin Portal user
For security reasons, customers cannot create or manage Admin Portal user accounts themselves. This protects sensitive recruitment data and ensures that only authorised individuals gain access.
- A support ticket must be raised via the Customer Care Portal
- Only the Primary Account Holder for your organisation can request the creation of a new admin user
- This is a security requirement to ensure account access remains tightly controlled
- Requests from other users will not be accepted
- We'll create the user account and send you a notification containing a one‑time security code.
- Once you receive the security code, you'll need to call the Customer Care Team on 01628 814 040
- Quote your security code to the advisor, which allows us to verify your identity before issuing password credentials
