iRecruit admin portal - vacancy sources – Ciphr

This guide will show you how to create and delete vacancy sources in the iRecruit admin portal.

Vacancy sources can be used to monitor where a vacancy has been advertised and where the applicants saw the job advert. These sources are selected as part of the creation of the job role and are created in the Admin Portal.

Note: Access to the Admin Portal is restricted and only accessible to users of Ciphr iRecruit with the appropriate permissions.

To create a vacancy source

Click Forms > Vacancy Sources
A list of the sources which already exist will be displayed

Click Add Vacancy Source
Enter the source name and click Save

The source will now be available to select when creating a job

To delete a vacancy source

Click Forms > Vacancy Sources
A list of the sources which already exist will be displayed
Click the Delete button alongside the source to be removed

Note: Deleting a vacancy source may affect reports which are reliant on this data.
