In the admin panel navigate to Dashboard > Configuration > Users > Recruiters and you will see a search bar and under this a list of all users able to access the recruiter portal.
Search for the user whose account needs to be reset by name using the search bar or find them within the list (Some of the columns can be sorted in alphabetical or reverse alphabetical order by clicking the heading for the column).
Once the user has been found by searching or navigating the list, click on their name to open the user settings.
Scroll down on the page until the “Account status” field is found, you can then click the “Unlocked” option button
Once this has been done, scroll to the bottom of the user settings page and click the “Save” button to save the changes made on this page.
The system will automatically navigate you back to the recruiter list used earlier and the users account should now be unlocked and allow them to log in with their correct username and password.
