Faster access to Onboarding on mobile

We've made it easier for new starters to access Onboarding when using Ciphr on their mobile device.

Previously, accessing Onboarding on mobile required additional navigation. With this update, Onboarding is now available directly from the mobile navigation menu, making it quicker and more intuitive for users to find and complete their onboarding tasks.
