Introduction
A Statement of Earnings may be needed if an employee’s P45 wasn’t generated or has been misplaced, especially after the payroll has moved into a new tax year. Since the system won’t allow historic P45 generation, the Statement of Earnings can be used instead to show the employee’s total earnings, similar to a P45.
In order to generate a Statement of earnings for an employee please go to Reports > Employee Reports > P14/P60/P35/Employee Details > P14/P60/P35/Employee Details New Report

Select Statement Of Earnings > click OK

Select the employee > and click Preview or Export
