Existing functionality changes
FI/AI Fields: Header Text character limit warning (PROD-834)
Within System > System Administration > Further Information Configuration or Additional Information Configuration an improvement has been made to clarify the character limit of Text fields.
The Heading (field name) for Text type fields is limited to 100 characters and a warning message will now display if the limit is exceeded and prevent the record being saved until the name is reduced.
Optional module changes
Safeguarding: Duplicate field labels can now be reported on (PROD-7401)
When exporting data via Reports > Specialist Reports > Safeguarding, duplicate label/column names cause Excel to error. Therefore an improvement has been applied so that any Safeguarding Checks with duplicate field labels will display the field ID in brackets after each column name, so the names are unique.
A warning message had been added within System > Other Module Configuration > Safeguarding Template if you have any duplicate Label names within a template:
‘As this template has multiple fields enabled with the same 'Label', id's will be added to column names whilst reporting to make them unique’
Duplicate field labels in the above check will display as follows in the Safeguarding Report export:
