The HR release notes for 2024-3 are listed below that were introduced in Q4 of 2024.

| PROD-4498 | Job and Pay: Where ‘Next Increment Date’ has been made mandatory, it will no longer cause a save error for records that are not on a Spine type of Grade (where increments don’t apply) |

| PROD-6797 | Talent Management Review Form Configuration: Where auditing is enabled for Question Text, editing text which exceeds 100 characters will no longer cause an error (question character limit is 4000 characters) |
| PROD-6948 | Talent Management Specialist Report: Where there are duplicate questions within a Review, they will now display in separate columns in the Excel export as ‘Question Title – Section Title’ Note: Duplicate questions within the same Section will not output correctly in the Excel export so should be avoided |
| PROD-7350 | Verification/Notifications: Hyperlinks to specific pages (eg within emails) will now direct users to the intended page rather than the last page they visited before their login session timed out |

- Who's off: Updated colours for better visibility
- Filter icon: Improved visibility to show when a grid is filtered
- New Employee Wizard: Enhanced messaging at the security step
- Empty Tables: Clearer messaging for empty tables
- Employee Search: Clearer advanced search settings
- Process & Guidance: Links function as expected
- Auditing: Login account status is now logged in the audit log
- Version Switcher: "Try the new experience" label is now visible for customers with white branding in the old UI
- New guides: Onboarding guides, tooltips and page specific guides (available when you are on the page)
