Your Q4 2026 LMS release notes are here. We'll keep this page updated throughout the quarter as new fixes land. We only include notable fixes that may affect our customers generally; customers will be separately notified of product fixes specifically related to them via their customer care tickets.
 

2026-9 (October 2026)

Due for release week commencing 19 October 2026.

This release tidies up waiting lists, reporting and work folders, so the LMS reflects what’s really happening.
 

Fixes

• Activity Status List Report: the chart now follows the Assignment filter, so it matches the table and Excel export. (TECH-880)
• Answer Summary and Detailed Answer reports: both now run for every activity, including SCORM activities with very long question codes that previously caused an error. This also applies when drilling down from these reports. (TECH-1178)
• On-the-Job Team Activity Launcher and Today’s Classrooms widgets: dropdowns now open in full on first load, rather than being cut off until a search had been run. (TECH-2322)
• Team work folders: managers can now download files from a team member’s work folder, including files they uploaded themselves. (TECH-1741)
• Waiting lists: changing a delegate’s status on an activity now removes them from that activity’s waiting list, so people who have already attended no longer appear on waiting lists or the Activity Waiting Report.

  • Anyone updating statuses in Manage Training Records or Manage Classes is asked to confirm first:

    

  • Status changes made anywhere else, such as the learner’s own record, Learning Path, PDP or Training Status Bulk Update, remove the delegate automatically. Delegates already on a waiting list come off the next time their status changes. (TECH-1359)
