The LMS release notes for Q1 2026 are available here and will be updated throughout this quarter as new features and fixes are introduced. The notes include only defects that may affect you or require your attention, while general fixes are communicated through your customer care tickets.
2026-2 (March 2026)
Due for release week commencing 16 March 2026.
Improved searching
We’ve introduced new search filter bars across key areas of the LMS, making it faster and easier to find exactly what you need. You can now type directly into the search box to instantly narrow down your results in:
- Manage learning plans/journeys
- Reports
- Manage portal content
- When editing CMS pages, the Add item screen has also been improved. Alongside the new search bar, Items and Widgets now appear on separate tabs, giving you a clearer and more organised layout.
General enhancements and fixes
- Staffing Levels Report: Now runs as expected and no longer times out (TECH-1395)
- New UI: Some login and display issues have been resolved to ensure a smoother, more consistent user experience (TECH-1748, TECH-1725, TECH-1628)
2026-1 (February 2026)
