PROD-6420 - Importer: An import no longer disables Individual Assignments ‘Include in Dashboard’ toggle setting
PROD-7107 -

HR to LMS Importer: Non-matching ‘Title’/’Accreditation’ User values (in the ImportDataMapping database table), will no longer error and prevent the user from being imported

Non-matching values will be imported as follows, which will also overwrite existing records where the new value doesn’t match the mapping:

  • Title: Please Select
  • Accreditation: N/A
PROD-6565 - Advanced > Manage Rules: Rules triggered by Users created/started after a specific date, now correctly assign Users to a Training Group as intended
PROD-6437 - Advanced > Manage Rules: Email-Type Rule Notifications using ‘Custom’ email addresses that contain special characters, can now be saved successfully
PROD-6095 - Manage Training > Manage Learning Journeys > Edit Learning Journey: Activities in a Journey will no longer be reordered when adding an Activity or Chapter, or adding/editing a Page
PROD-6434 - Manage Users: Group Structure performance improvement to ensure permission changes now update correctly

PROD-7223 - Individual - To Do List/Learning and Individual - Progress Pie Chart now exclude restricted Modules/Activities correctly
PROD-4923 - Dashboard - KPI Team Progress now correctly excludes leavers
PROD-6664 - Team Learning Progress now displays the correct results where an Activity is assigned via Programme, and the ‘Assigned Only’ Filter is enabled

Assessments: Where randomised questions are included, with a limit less than the total available questions, running it in 'Review mode' will now correctly display only the questions that were answered in the initial run of the assessment

Assessments: Non-required pre/post-assessments will no longer contribute to an Activity Status (eg Status remains the same after starting either assessment)

Note: Required pre/post-assessments will contribute to an Activity Status (eg Status will update from ‘Completed’ to ‘Started’ when starting either assessment)
PROD-6983 - Assessments: SCORM Activity summary progress bar now correctly shows 100% in line with Assessment pass completion mark
PROD-7227 Learning Activities: Users are no longer able to reset CMI data for other courses if they have their Activity Details page open in a separate tab
PROD-6502 Learning Journeys/Plans/Pathways: Default status record is now created when a delegate launches a Programme for the first time, if Assigned or Restricted, (without the need for Admin to click 'Update User Status' button), to prevent delegates being redirected to a system notice error page
PROD-6861 - Learning Journeys: Restricted Activities are now correctly excluded from Completion Status and Progress Bar calculations, and Development Plans List Widget
PROD-7203 - Learning Journeys: Learning Plan Item now accurately displays progress in relation to Pages without Activities
 

Reports

On-the-Job Training Result Report "All" Filter criteria now apply to the date/time of the following, to return consistent results:

  • Result date
  • Delegate last uploaded evidence date
  • Manager last uploaded evidence date

 
 

General
PROD-7083 -

Learning > Calendar: Booked courses now continue to display for delegates even when the 'Disable Booking X day(s) before Activity Start Date' has passed
