2026-6 (July 2026)
Due for release week commencing 27 July 2026.
This release includes further improvements from our reporting quality-of-life and performance roadmap items, making the LMS faster and more responsive while making it easier to get the data you need in a single export.
Improvements
Reporting quality-of-life
- Feedback Survey Detailed report on multiple activities: you can now run this report across multiple activities that share the same feedback template, making it easier to review and compare evaluation feedback at scale.
- Attendance Summary Report cancellations: the report now includes cancelled course schedules, with a new "Schedule Cancelled" column giving a full audit trail.
Performance
- Training Records search: Manage Training Records search is now faster, returning results quickly.
- HR imports: fixed an issue that sometimes created duplicate users when importing HR data.
- Rules processor: enhancements to reduce deadlocks and improve overall LMS stability and responsiveness. (TECH-1891)
Fixes
- 360 Invite (Skills Analysis): removed the search option from the Skills Analysis 360 invite. Users should now invite by email address only. (TECH-2056)
- Rule timeouts: optimised the rule processor so rule types that assign or remove structures no longer time out on systems with a large number of users. (TECH-1828)
- External Resource activities: now open at the window size set by the course window dimensions, so linked content appears at a comfortable, readable size. (TECH-2215)
- LMS rules: rules now run more consistently, removing delays that could occur when a rule was deferred until the next run. (TECH-2244)
