Your Q3 2026 LMS release notes are here. We'll keep this page updated throughout the quarter as new fixes land. We only include notable fixes that may affect our customers generally; customers will be separately notified of product fixes specifically related to them via their customer care tickets.
2026-7 (August 2026)
Due for release week commencing 24 August 2026.
This release brings a new report for tracking training hours and improves leaderboard visibility, plus a handful of fixes to keep things running smoothly.
New features
Training hours summary report
A new report is now available showing total training hours per user, calculated from each completed activity's configured duration, which can be filtered on activity completion status. It gives a clear view of training investment at both an individual and organisational level, replacing the previous workaround of exporting Activity Results Detail and manually totalling hours in Excel.
Rewards leaderboard visibility (TECH-2059)
The leaderboard can now be configured to show all colleagues within a selected part of your organisation, so learners see full rankings. A new option (off by default) lets administrators enable wider visibility where needed:
Go to Profile > Rewards
- Click the Edit icon in the top-right corner of the page
- Hover over the Leaderboard widget and select the configuration button (...)
- In the configuration menu, click the Cog icon to open the settings
Turn on Show all users and click Update to save the change
Fixes
- Assessment Builder: fixed an error that could block saving after disabling "Show multiple questions per page" once it had been enabled. (TECH-2258)
- Rules processing: performance improvements to optimise the overnight rules run time for maximum processing.
- Video activities: fixed an issue affecting some Chrome users where videos weren't being marked as complete after watching. (TECH-2446)
Integrated interface
- Modal headers: fixed an issue where pop-up headers, for example Knowledge Base articles, appeared without their accent colour, making them harder to distinguish from the content below.
2026-6 (July 2026)
Due for release week commencing 27 July 2026.
This release includes further improvements from our reporting quality-of-life and performance roadmap items, making the LMS faster and more responsive while making it easier to get the data you need in a single export.
Improvements
Reporting quality-of-life
- Feedback Survey Detailed report on multiple activities: you can now run this report across multiple activities that share the same feedback template, making it easier to review and compare evaluation feedback at scale.
- Attendance Summary Report cancellations: the report now includes cancelled course schedules, with a new "Schedule Cancelled" column giving a full audit trail.
Performance
- Training Records search: Manage Training Records search is now faster, returning results quickly.
- HR imports: fixed an issue that sometimes created duplicate users when importing HR data.
- Rules processor: enhancements to reduce deadlocks and improve overall LMS stability and responsiveness. (TECH-1891)
Fixes
- 360 Invite (Skills Analysis): removed the search option from the Skills Analysis 360 invite. Users should now invite by email address only. (TECH-2056)
- External Resource activities: now open at the window size set by the course window dimensions, so linked content appears at a comfortable, readable size. (TECH-2215)
- LMS rules: rules now run more consistently, removing delays that could occur when a rule was deferred until the next run. (TECH-2244)
