Internal: Fields not populating in Broadbean adverts from Ciphr iRecruit

Answer

The Broadbean field mapping for their organisation doesn’t link those fields to iRecruit. Only Ciphr can change the field mapping.

How to fix it

1. Create a job in Ciphr iRecruit with all relevant fields completed
2. Send the job to Broadbean
3. In Broadbean, note which fields are blank. Check the required fields first, such as job title, reference, job type, location, salary and description
