This guide will show you how to add new Recruitment Portal user accounts in bulk.

Download Bulk User Upload template
- Login to the Admin Portal, and open the ‘Users’ and ‘Recruiters’
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Bulk add recruiters'
- Click (CSV Template), this will download a .csv file named ‘Bulk_Recruiters_Template.csv’
- Open the downloaded CSV file and populate with the details of the recruiters you wish to add
- FullEmail – This is the email address of the user you wish to add
- EmailIdentifier - This is the email address of the user you wish to add
- Forename – The forename of the user you wish to add
- Surname – The Surname of the user you wish to add
| Note: for multiple use groups there should be one csv file for each. For example Recruiting Manager, Recruiter, Superuse |
- Save the file, ensuring that you don not change the file type from .csv
Upload new Recruiters
- From the Admin Portal navigate to Users > Recruiters
- Click Bulk add Recruiters
- Recruiter Group – Select the recruiter group of users that you wish to upload
- Click Choose File and browse in the Bulk User Upload that you have saved
- Click Add Recruiters - You will then receive a summary detailing the credentials of the new user account, and (or) failed users
