This guide explains how troubleshoot and update Job Approval Workflow.
Contents
Introduction
The Job Approval Workflow in Ciphr iRecruit helps ensure that all recruitment requests are reviewed and authorised before a vacancy is advertised. By routing job requisitions through a predefined approval process, organisations can maintain control over hiring decisions, manage budgets effectively, and ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies.
Once a hiring manager submits a job request, the workflow automatically notifies the relevant approvers. Each approver can review the vacancy details, approve or reject the request, and add comments where required. When all approvals have been completed, the vacancy can progress to the next stage of the recruitment process, providing full visibility and an auditable record of every decision.
This guide will walk you through the process of checking the progress of job submitted for approval
