Your organisation doesn't need to have a trained psychometric practitioner in its ranks to be able to explore the personality types that sit at the heart of MyTeamBuilder.
The platform has a useful "Introduction to type" resource, accessed via the left menu bar - this contains a host of handy videos that explore the essence of personality and behaviour.
Tips for administrators
Driving adoption
- Send a clear communication to the whole organisation explaining what MyTeamBuilder is, why you're using it, and that coaching conversations with Bilee are completely private.
- Encourage leaders to complete their own assessments first - when leadership is engaged, teams follow.
- Share early wins - for example, when a team uses the Colour Wheel in a team meeting, or a manager finds meeting prep with Bilee genuinely useful.
Privacy & trust
Reassure your people that Bilee conversations are private. Administrators see only anonymised, aggregated signals - mood scores and topic trends - never individual coaching content. This is a core design principle of MyTeamBuilder, not just a setting.
