Within each team, administrators and managers have access to several views that bring the team's personality data to life.

Team dashboard

An overview of all members - their completion status, personality types and engagement levels with Bilee. Use this to understand the overall health and activity of a team at a glance.

Personality colour wheel

A visual representation of the team's combined personality profiles. Each member is plotted on the wheel, revealing the blend of styles, where there is overlap and where there are gaps. This is a powerful tool for understanding team dynamics and planning for balance.

Score comparison view

Lets you compare individual personality dimension scores across team members side by side. Helps identify complementary strengths and potential friction points within the team.

Member profiles

Clicking on an individual member shows their detailed personality profile - their strengths, working style, communication preferences and how they are likely to interact with others. This information is also available to the team member's manager.
