Bilee for administrators

As an admin, your own Bilee session is separate from your organisation-level view. You can use Bilee for your own personal development, as well as asking questions about team management, leadership and HR challenges - all answered in the context of your personality profile.

Tip: Encourage managers to use Bilee regularly before one-to-ones, performance reviews or team meetings. The more they engage, the more Bilee learns about their context and the more tailored the guidance becomes.
