As an administrator, you have access to organisation-wide insights that are automatically generated by Bilee. All data is anonymised - you see trends, not individual conversations.

Trending organisation topics & organisational mood

The Organisation Mood panel gives you a real-time view of how your teams are feeling. Every interaction with Bilee feeds into a team-level mood score - automatically and anonymously.

From the Admin Dashboard, select Organisation Mood from the left menu
Review the weekly mood trend - you'll see a score and direction indicator (rising, stable or falling) for each team

Tip: Mood data updates continuously - no manual surveys required. Dips in team mood can be an early indicator that a team may benefit from additional management attention or support.

Each week, Bilee highlights the most common (trending) topics being discussed across your organisation - without revealing individual conversations.

Each topic is shown with an indicator:

Rising - This topic is being discussed more than last week
Stable - Consistent level of conversation around this topic
Fading - Fewer conversations about this topic than previously
New - This topic has appeared for the first time this week

Use trending topics to understand what's on people's minds, spot emerging concerns early and shape your HR or leadership priorities.

Weekly organisational insights

Every Monday, Bilee delivers a focused weekly summary to administrators. This covers mood shifts, coaching activity, personality engagement and team usage - all in one clear, actionable summary.

You can personalise what you see by marking insights as "More like this" or "Not helpful." Bilee learns from your feedback and tailors future summaries to your focus areas.
