Managing your organisation
Creating & managing teams
MyTeamBuilder is structured around teams. Each team has its own dashboard, personality insights and dynamics view. You can create a team manually, or using a .csv upload.
You can create as many teams as needed to reflect your organisational structure - by department, function, location or project group.
a) Manual invite:
You enter a name and email address individually. An invitation is sent immediately.
Best for: adding small numbers of individuals.
Once invited, each member receives an email prompting them to complete their personality assessment. Their status in the admin view will update from 'Invited' to 'Completed' once they finish.
- From the Admin Dashboard, navigate to the Teams section in the left-hand menu
Scroll down to click Create Team - enter a team name and select the type of team (remote, face to face or hybrid)
Add members names and email addresses
- Review and create the team. It will appear in your organisation view and be ready for members to be added.
b) .csv upload
You prepare a CSV with name and email columns and upload via the team settings page. Invitations are sent automatically.
Best for: Adding multiple people at once.
Organisation Dashboard, select Bulk Upload
Download the example CSV template (in green font)
Add the employee name, email address, team name and indicate whether they’re the team leader or not (not you can have more than 1 team leader and an employee can be a member of more than one team but you should list them multiple times on the spreadsheet – as the case of Ella Young here)
- Save the file and upload it via the Choose file option
A screen will display the information to be uploaded. Check this and look for errors. If errors are shown, click the check file to resolve on the spreadsheet.
Select Create, then Confirm & Create to import users.
- All new users will now appear under the TEAM ADMIN section on the left hand menu
- Users who have been uploaded will receive an email with instructions to complete the personality profile
User roles & permissions
Admin
Full platform access - all teams, all members, organisation-level insights, Knowledge Library and settings.
Add an organisational admin from the Organisational Dashboard > Organisational Admins > + Add Organisational Admin
Team leader
Access to their assigned team's dashboard - individual profiles, team dynamics, personality colour wheel and meeting insights.
Add a team leader from the Organisational Dashboard > Team Leaders > + Add Team Leader
Team member
Access to their own profile, personality results and private sessions with Bilee (their AI Coach).
Organisational Admins can perform the following management of Team Member accounts from the Organisational Dashboard > Team Members.
Use the search option or scroll to locate the team members, then:
- View profile - a detailed, broken down account of their personality profile
- Actions > Resend login details – handy if an original invite email hits a firewall or is lost
Actions > Edit – change a name or email address
