Knowledge library

The Knowledge Library allows you to upload your organisation's own documents so that Bilee's coaching reflects your specific culture, policies and values - not just generic advice.

What you can upload

Any internal document that would help Bilee give more relevant, company-specific guidance. Examples include:

• Company values and culture guides
• Leadership frameworks and competency models
• HR policies and handbooks
• Performance review templates
• Training guides and onboarding materials

How to add documents

1. Navigate to Knowledge Library in the admin menu
2. Click Upload Document and select your file. Supported formats include PDF and common document types
3. Once uploaded, Bilee will automatically reference and quote from the document when relevant to a coaching conversation
4. You can remove or replace documents at any time. Bilee will immediately reflect the updated knowledge base
