MyTeamBuilder is designed to get your organisation up and running quickly. Follow these steps to configure the platform for the first time.
Signing in
- Navigate to myteambuilder.co and click Sign In in the top navigation
- Enter your administrator email address and password, then click Log In
- You will land on the Admin Dashboard - your central hub for managing the entire organisation
The 4-step onboarding journey
- Step 1 - Create your teams: Add team members via CSV upload or manual invite. Each person receives an invitation to complete a short personality assessment
- Step 2 - Assessments complete: Once a member completes their assessment, their personality profile is created and Bilee (their personal AI Coach) is unlocked
- Step 3 - Admin insight unlocked: As an admin, you gain access to individual and team-level insights - personality dynamics, engagement trends and more
- Step 4 - Organisation-wide intelligence: Bilee begins surfacing mood shifts, trending conversation topics and team-level patterns across the whole business
| Tip: We recommend inviting all team members within the first week so that team-level insights and the colour wheel become meaningful as quickly as possible. |
