This guide explains how progress against Objectives recorded in HR can be tracked to measure progress.
To record progress against an Objective
Go to the following area:
● Latest (left-hand) menu: Performance & Development > Objectives
● Pre 2025 (top) menu: Talent & Development > Talent Management > Objectives
- A list of any existing Objectives will be presented for the employee
- Click on the objective for which progress is to be recorded
- Click View Tracking
- Click Add new record
- Enter the amount of Progress, the date that the entry was made and any Notes
- Click Update
- Progress tracking can continue to be monitored until the objective is complete at which point the Objective Completed slider should be changed and a date of completion recorded
Note: Objective tracking is a setting in System Configuration that can be enabled/disabled. Go to (System >) System Configuration > System Configuration filter the Group on Talent Management to find the setting. |
