No data output to talent management report
Unable to see data on talent management report
Talent management specialist report empty
Answer
Talent Management data can be exported using the Talent Management specialist report. There are some filter and subset options which can be used to reduce or increase the number of records that are output. The below will assist if no data is being output from HR.
How to fix it
Go to Reporting > Specialist Reports > Talent Management:
1 – Select the subset of employees – this can be carried out by clicking the “Subset” icon in the top right of your screen:
2 – Set your date range – to the left of your screen you will see “From” and “To” date fields. These are mandatory fields, and we recommend selecting these before the next step:
3 – Set the Review Type – This is a mandatory field. Once this is set, you can narrow down your criteria with the remaining fields:
