Introduction
As well as enabling the creation of entirely new jobs, Ciphr iRecruit also allows users to create jobs from predefined templates. These templates are stored in a job library, making it easier to streamline the recruitment process for roles that are filled on a regular basis.
Create a Job Template
- Click My Jobs
- Select Add a Job
Complete all areas of the Job Requisition form usual way, until you reach the final tab Additional Settings
- Here you will see the Job Title and Job Reference
- Click Save new template
Your Job Template has now been created.
You can now view or check you saved template by clicking Template Library
This will open the Template Library where you will see all templates
Add a Job from a Template
To create a Job from a job template:
- Click My Jobs
- Select Add a Job
Under Select from Job Library use the picklist to select the job template that you wish to use
Once selected the Job Requisition form field will populate from the template, continue to publish or submit for approval, (depending on your own configuration) in the usual way.
