This guide will show you how to undo a signed-off review in Talent Management.
Contents
Introduction
Talent Management gives you the ability to keep a record of reviews such as probation, monthly 121s and annual appraisals. Each review can have multiple sections and can provide a step-by-step workflow for employees, managers and peers to participate in each review.
Undo signed-off reviews
When a reviewer signs off their review it will become read-only.
There may be occasions when the review form is unintentionally signed off, and if this occurs, a HR user, who is not directly involved in the review, can undo the sign off.
This is available to users in a HR user role, with the appropriate page access, where it is not their own review or they are listed as a reviewer.
- Go to the following area:
- Latest (left-hand) menu: Performance & Development > Employee Dashboard > Reviews
- Pre 2025 (top) menu: Talent & Development > Talent Management > Employee Dashboard > Reviews
- Click into a review where at least one form has been signed-off
- To undo sign-off of all forms, click the Undo Sign-off button on the overview of all forms
- Or to undo sign-off of a specific form, click into the form
- Select Undo Sign-off to un-submit all sections within that form only
- Confirming Yes will undo the sign-off and revert all submitted sections back to an unsubmitted status
- The coloured spots will be changed accordingly, so the reviewer can amend as necessary and will need to submit them again to sign-off
| Tip: Undoing the sign-off on a manager form would also allow a system administrator to change the manager if this is needed |
| Note: This feature should not be confused with Lock/Unlock Reviews where reviews can be locked in bulk and reverted via this same method |
