This guide explains how to keep track of job workflows in iRecruit which need to be approved before being published.
Contents
Introduction
iRecruit includes built-in functionality that allows a Job Requisition form to be completed and submitted for approval before the role can be published. This process is commonly used by Hiring Managers, enabling them to move away from paper-based request forms.
Once the Job Requisition form has been completed, it is submitted for approval. The approval workflow is based on the Business Unit and can involve multiple levels of approval. Once approved, the Job Owner will receive a notification advising that the job is now ready to be published
At any time after submission, the progress of the approval can be viewed
