Introduction
Ciphr iRecruit holds job records and organises them into tabs based on job status: My New Jobs, My Active Jobs, My Inactive Jobs, and My Archived Jobs. Depending on your configuration, you may also see an additional Jobs in Workflow tab.
If you're unsure where to find a specific job, the iRecruit Search for a Job function makes locating it quick and easy.
Search for a Job
From the Recruiter's Dashboard:
- In the search box, type either the desired Job Title or Job Reference
- Click ‘Search for a Job’
Note: You can also enter a shortened version of the job title, such as the first word or even just the first few letters. For example, in the example below I have typed “Head” as I would like to search for "Head Teacher" or "Head of Department" roles. |
The results will be displayed as shown below. Using the picklist 'Limit to archived within the specified period' you can include jobs that were archived within the past 3, 6, or 12 months, or select 'All jobs' to view all results.
