This guide explains the icons that iRecruit uses icons throughout the system to quickly and easily identify elements of a job, or candidate record at a glance.
Icon types
Active Button
System automatically assigns icon based on configuration settings. If selected, a new screen will be presented with additional detail.
Manually Activated
Recruiter can manually activate this icon as required.
Auto Activated
System automatically assigns the icon based on responses from the applicant.
Icon key
Duplicate - Active Button Indicates the applicant is a duplicate. By clicking the icon a new summary screen is displayed listing all of the applications that have been identified as possible duplicates. | |
Document Attached - Active Button Hover over the icon and a popup message will indicate if the icon refers to a CV or covering letter. Click on the icon and a new window opens displaying the document content. | |
Online Application - Auto Activated This indicates that the application has been received directly online via the candidate portal. | |
Internal Application - Auto Activated This indicates that the applicant is internal (this is referenced on the application form). | |
Postal Application - Auto Activated This indicates that the applicant has been manually added by a recruiter. | |
Agency Application - Auto Activated This indicates the application has been received from an Agency. By clicking on the icon, a new window is displayed detailing the Agency who submitted the candidate. | |
Agency Details - Auto Activated Click on to the icon and a new window will be displayed detailing the Agency who submitted the candidate. | |
Rejected - Auto Activated This indicates an applicant who has been rejected. If you hover over the icon a popup message will display the reason for rejection. By selecting the applicant and reviewing their Change Status Summary, you can identify at which stage they were rejected. | |
Duplicate Applicant - Auto Activated This indicates the applicant may be a duplicate candidate from another source (e.g. Agency). | |
Star - Manually Activated This allows recruiters to "flag" specific applications as "Preferred". There is no functionality attached to the icon, it can equally be used to "Mark" applications for other criteria (client specific). | |
Green Tick - Manually Activated This allows recruiters to "flag" specific applications as "Preferred". There is no functionality attached to the icon, it can equally be used to "Mark" application for other criteria (client specific). | |
Orange Question Mark - Manually Activated This allows recruiters to "flag" specific applications as "Possible". There is no functionality attached to the icon, it can equally be used to "Mark" application for other criteria (client specific). | |
Red Cross - Manually Activated This allows recruiters to "flag" specific applications as "Not Preferred". There is no functionality attached to the icon, it can equally be used to "Mark" application for other criteria (client specific). |
