This guide provides an overview of individual and bulk Job Options in the Recruiters portal.

Introduction
iRecruit offers a wide range of powerful functions, accessible through the Job Options menu. This quick reference guide provides an overview of what each menu option does.
Note: Depending on your system configuration, some options may not be visible or applicable. |
Job Options
Edit this Job | To make changes to the job advert details. [Except Competency Q’s if job published]. |
Duplicate this Job | To copy the selected job. This saves time if you need to create a new job that has many of the same details as an existing one. Saves the job in My New Jobs tab. |
Update Job Status | To move the selected job to the next status e.g. inactive. |
Change Publishing Options | To change the publishing options for a job. |
Costs for this Job | To record any costs against the selected job. |
Add an Offline Application | To manually add applications against the selected job, e.g. for applications sent by post. |
Add a LinkedIn Connection | To invite any of your LinkedIn contacts to apply for the selected job. |
Applicants Dashboard | To view all applications for the selected job in a summary list |
Bulk Print Applications | To print applications for the selected job. |
Bulk Print CVs | To create a PDF to print candidates’ CVs for the selected job. |
Bulk Status Change | To bulk move candidates at the same recruitment stage to another stage. |
View Audit History | To view an audit history of changes made to the selected job. |
View Workflow Email Audit | To view job approval details for the selected job, and to resend emails. |
View Job Quick Check |
List of quick check recruitment activities (as predefined in the client set up) e.g. background check, room bookings |
Job Documents |
To attach a document(s), e.g. a job profile, to the selected job. IMPORTANT: The Document type determines who can see the documents. CANDIDATE DOCS: Job Profile and Essentials and Desirables These documents are available in the Job Advert for candidates to see, so we suggest that you NEVER assign this document type to an internal document All other types (except Agency Documents) are visible internal only. Agency documents are specifically for agency users to see. |
Event Management | To view, update or delete scheduled interviews for the selected job. |
Configure Pre Employment Checks | To select the pre-employment checks required for the job (as predefined by the client set up) e.g. Criminal Background Check/Assessment/Reference Check |
Add Interview Centre | To set up an interview centre(s) for the selected job. An interview centre allows you to invite candidates to book themselves into an interview time slot on a particular day at a given venue. |
View Interview Centres | To view all interview centre details for the selected job. |
Add Assessment Centre | To set up an assessment centre(s) for the selected job. An assessment centre is a venue where candidates attend group assessment sessions. |
View Assessment Centres | To view all assessment centre details for the selected job. |
Send Applications to Line Manager | To send applications to managers for reviewing/shortlisting. |
Send to Assessment Panel | To send applications in bulk to a panel of assessors for shortlisting (pre-interview). |
Update Comments |
To add, update or delete comments against the selected job.

Preview this Job | To preview the advert for the selected job. |
Bulk Job Options
View Candidates by Job | To see the number of applications for each job and how many applicants are at each stage e.g. Pre-Interview, Post Interview, Offer. |
Manual Applications | To manually enter a candidate application against a selected job e.g. for postal applications. |
View all Applicants by Status |
To view all candidate details grouped by their application parent status. |
Find Applicant | To search for individuals or groups of candidates. |
Bulk Status Change | To bulk move multiple candidates at the same recruitment stage to a new stage This can be done for a single job or for multiple jobs. |
Reset Accounts | To search for candidates and reset their account passwords. |
Mail Merge | To send a bulk email communication to multiple candidates at various workflow statuses against one or multiple jobs. |
Interview Zone | To view and manage interview details. |
Bulk CV Import | To bulk upload candidate CVs to a specific job and status. |
Delete Applicants |
To search for and delete candidate details. IMPORTANT: for legal purposes, a candidate can request to be deleted entirely from the database – if you delete a candidate, ALL applications for that candidate are deleted. NOTE: These actions cannot be reverted. |
Reset Killer Questions Failed Apps | To reset a candidate’s failed killer questions so they can re-apply. |
