This guide will show you how to use Panel Shortlisting in iRecruit.
Introduction
In the Panel Shortlisting process within iRecruit, assessors must first receive the relevant applications in order to view, score, and shortlist candidates. This step is a critical prerequisite before any assessment activity can begin.
The process of sending applications is designed to be quick and efficient, with the ability to send multiple applications simultaneously, all directly from the iRecruit Recruiters Portal.
Send for Assessment
- In the Recruiters portal, open the ‘Job’ record of which you have applications against that require assessment
- From the ‘Job Options’ Menu to the right click ‘Send to assessment panel’
The following window will then open:
- Select Applications to send and choose the workflows that contain the applications you want to send
- Panel Assessment Status: Set to Shortlisting in progress
- Assessment Complete Status: Set to Shortlisting Complete
- Assessors' Names: Tick all assessors who are assessing this role by selecting Included in Batch.
- Email Template: Choose your Send to Assessor email template
- Once all selections are made, click Send to distribute the applications
The applications are now available in the Assessors Portal
