Answer

Recruiter passwords can be reset within the Admin portal.

How to fix it

• Open the iRecruit Admin portal, open the relevant stream and navigate to: 
• Configuration > Users > Recruiters
• Search for the recruiter by name or email address and go to their profile
• Update the Password and Confirm boxes:

• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save
• The recruiter will then be prompted to change this password the next time they log in
