- Select Learning > Bookings on the Navigation Bar to open the Bookings page

Select the Edit Booking button in the Current Bookings tab for the booking you want to edit
This opens the Edit Booking page
- Edit the relevant elements of the booking and select the Save button. This includes Accommodation Requirements (where you will be expected to confirm you have read the Terms & Conditions) and Additional Requirements which includes dietary requirements, disabled access requirements and parking permit requirements
- The Booking Confirmation page is shown. This reflects the updated booking details which are emailed to you. The booking confirmation details can either be saved as a pdf or printed using the PDF and Print buttons
After you have edited a classroom booking the joining instructions can be viewed by selecting the View JI button on the Edit Bookings page
Joining instructions are only available for current bookings with a Booked status
Note: The View JI button is inactive until the joining instructions have been sent to you by the administrator. This will be via email directly to you. If the original joining instructions have not been sent to you then you cannot view them in the Bookings page
