Add a session to a workshop
This guide will show you how to create a session for a workshop activity that you have previously set up.
A session is used when a workshop activity contains 2 or more parts, each with it's own register. For example:
- Coaching masterclass – 3 days
- 1st day is ‘Exploring coaching’
- 2nd day is ‘Applying coaching’
- 3rd day is ‘Coaching with Impact’
It is useful to set this up as you can use it for reporting ie if a delegate attends 2/3 sessions.
If this is not relevant to your Workshop, skip this and add a Schedule [link to sub-section].
- From the Workshop you have just created, click on the Schedules tab
- Under Sessions, click on the Add Session button
- Add a Name for your Session
- Click Add
- Repeat this process if you wish to add more sessions
- Click Save Activity
Now that you have created your sessions, you can proceed to add the details to your Schedule (link)
