“Employee does not have any review types assigned”
“Unable to locate review type when inserting review”
“Review types missing from dropdown”
Talent Management is driven by Reviews, Objectives, Skills and Development needs. There is configuration behind the Reviews section that may need to be reviewed if you are missing review types.
Review Type Dropdown Check:
Talent & Development > Talent Management > Employee Dashboard > “Reviews” Tab > Click into the “Select Review Type” drop down:
If you receive a “NO DATA FOUND”, this means they aren’t any reviews inserted for this employee. Reviews can be inserted by clicking the “Insert New Record” button.
Review Type Config Check – User Type:
Talent & Development > Talent Management > Employee Dashboard > “Reviews” Tab > Insert New Record > Click into the “Review Type” drop down:
If you receive a “NO DATA FOUND”, this means the review type might have not been made available to your user role type.
Navigate to System > Talent Management Configuration > Review Type > Click into the review effected > “Restriction” drop down. The value selected could be preventing you from seeing this review type:
- No Restrictions – All user types to see and insert
- Read Only, Except HR – Only HR Users can insert this review type, Manager and Normal User can read
- HR Only – Access only available to HR Users
Whilst in this page, also check the “Ceased Date” field to ensure this date is not populated or in the future.
Mutli Entity Check:
Personal Data > Job, Pay & Reward Information > Job and Pay > Click into the employee’s current Job and Pay Record. Make a note of the value in the “Multi Entity” field:
System > Talent Management Configuration > Review Type > Filter to the review type in question and click on the “Multi Entity” button:
From the below form, you will be able to enable this review type for the Multi Entity held in the employees’ job and pay record. Once enable, click Update:
