- Click into the “Select Review Type” dropdown
- If you see “NO DATA FOUND”, this means they aren’t any reviews inserted for this employee
| Note: If you can see review type(s) in the dropdown but when selected, no reviews dislay, this means your user role does not have permission to view the review type for that person. |
- Reviews can be inserted by clicking the Insert New Record button (subject to page access permissions)
- Click into the Review Type dropdown
-
If you see “NO DATA FOUND”, this means the review type might have not been made available to your user role type
Review type config check
- Go to Performance & Development > Performance & Development Configuration > Review Types Configuration
- Click into the relevant review
- There are a number of options which can impact visibility
Restrictions
-
Restriction dropdown. The value selected could be preventing you from seeing this review type:
- No Restrictions – All user types to see and insert
- Read Only, Except HR – Only HR Users can insert and edit this review type, Manager and Normal User can read
- HR Only – Access only available to HR Users
Ceased Date
- Check the Ceased Date field to ensure this is not populated with a past date as that will hide it from being inserted on employee records (previously inserted reviews will not be affected)
Enhanced Security
- If this slider is enabled, it means there is additional security applied beyond the basic permissions for employee/manager/peer on the left. Go to User role management to check access for each user role affected.
Mutli Entity Check
- Go to Job, Pay & Reward > Job and Pay
- Click into the affected employee’s current Job and Pay record. Make a note of the value in the “Multi Entity” field:
- Go to Performance & Development > Review Types Configuration > Review Type
- On the relevant review type click on the “Multi Entity” button:
- Click on the Multi Entity held in the employees’ job and pay record so it's enabled
- Click Update to save
