Check branding across Ciphr Sign-In pages
First, confirm whether the branding issue is isolated to the candidate sign-in page or affects other areas.
- Open your Ciphr iRecruit candidate sign-in page and note any missing or incorrect branding elements, such as the logo or colour scheme
- Check your other Ciphr Sign-In pages (for example, HR or MyPay) to see if they display the correct branding
- Confirm whether the affected sign-in page appears only for candidates or also for internal users
Note: Branding for the candidate sign-in page is managed centrally and may differ from other areas if not fully applied
Gather information for Ciphr support
If branding is missing or incorrect, collect details to help the support team resolve the issue.
- List which areas or pages are affected by the branding issue
- Take screenshots showing the current appearance and the expected branding
- Prepare your current branding assets, such as logo files, colour palette, and brand guidelines
Note: Providing clear screenshots and up-to-date branding files helps the support team resolve your request faster
Contact Ciphr support
Branding changes to the candidate sign-in page are not self-service and require action from Ciphr support.
- Send the details and assets you have gathered to Ciphr support
- Describe the issue, including which pages are affected and whether the problem is visible to candidates, internal users, or both
- Ciphr support will review your branding setup and escalate to the Branding team if required
Note: Do not attempt to change candidate sign-in branding yourself, as this may affect the login experience for all users
Check the branding update
Once Ciphr support confirms the branding update is complete, make sure the changes are visible.
- Clear your browser cache to ensure the new branding appears on the candidate sign-in page
- If the branding still appears incorrect after clearing your cache, contact Ciphr support with updated screenshots
Tip: If you cannot clear your cache, ask your internal IT team for assistance.
