This guide shows how to view and use an employee’s Sync History to confirm updates and investigate any sync failures.
The sync history is the audit trail for a single employee. Use it to confirm a change has reached Benefits or to investigate a failure.
From Data Management > Benefits Management, click anywhere on the employee's row (except the selection toggle)
The Sync History page opens, showing the employee's name and number and a grid of every sync event for that record, newest first
Each row shows the date/time of the attempt, the resulting status, and (for failures) the error message
Click a failed row's error message to open the Sync error details dialog. The dialog includes the full error payload returned by HR or the Benefits platform, which is useful for narrowing down the cause
Press Back in the action bar to return to Benefits Management
| Note: All dates and times shown in the grid and in the error dialog are displayed in UK local time (Europe/London), regardless of where you're viewing from. |
