Employee photos are visible in the top right of employee pages within HR, as well as a variety of areas such as: Personal Details, the Org Chart and Employee Directory, and Subsets.
This guide explains how to upload, change and remove employee photos.

To change the employee photo – Personal Details
- Go to the following area:
- Latest (left-hand) menu: Personal > Personal Details
- Pre-2025 (top) menu: Personal Data > Personal Details > Personal Details
- The screen presented will display the Details tab
- Click Change photo
- The screen will display the current photo
- There is also an option to Remove the photo here if needed
- Click Select files… and locate the image to be used (you can also drag and drop over the button)

Having selected the photo to use it will be loaded and then present a screen where the photo can be cropped as required
- Move and size the box to select the area of the main photo that is required
- A Preview and Thumbnail Preview display how it will look if accepted
- When complete click Save Photo
- Confirmation of the change will be presented and the photo updated on screen in all relevant areas
To change the employee photo: Upload Photo/Photo Management
- There is also a separate page specifically for photo upload or removal
- Go to the following area:
- Latest (left-hand) menu: Personal > Upload Photo
- Pre-2025 (top) menu: Personal Data > Personal Information > Photo Management
- Follow the instructions as per Personal Details above to upload the photo
