The Organisation Chart displays the hierarchical structure of the organisation from a top down view.

Introduction
The structure is created by the hierarchy as defined within the Jobs table and the occupants of those roles from the selection of a defined Job in their Job and Pay record.
The fields that are displayed in the Org Chart are configurable as required.
Viewing and navigating the Org Chart
- Go to Company > Org Chart
- The screen will display a graphical representation of the organisation structure with navigation options
- Click on the box of the employee you are interested in viewing more details
- Click on View From This Job to see the organisation chart with this job in focus
- Click on the list icon on the main org chart screen to view the data in a list format
- This can then be downloaded as a CSV if required
- Whilst in the list view clicking on the name of an employee will return to the graphical hierarchical representation
- Use the Search facility to look for a specific employee
| Note: The ability to see vacant positions in the organisation chart and the wording that appears as the occupant, eg “Open Position” are configurable options in the System Configuration and will determine their visibility on your org chart. |
Viewing and navigating the Team Org Chart
- Go to Company > Team Org Chart
- The screen will display the org chart for your own team
- The same navigation options apply to the Team Org Chart as the Company Org

| Note: The Org Chart is a global tool so all users that have access to the page will be able to see the details in the chart. |
