The Org Chart displays the hierarchical structure of the organisation from a top down view.

Introduction
The structure is created by the hierarchy as defined within the Jobs table and the occupants of those roles from the selection of a defined Job in their Job and Pay record.
The fields that are displayed in the Org Chart are configurable as required.

Configuring what is visible in the Org chart
- Go to Company > Configuration> Org Chart Configuration
- The screen will display the fields grouped into three tabbed areas which controls what is displayed in the different org chart views
- For each view, simply change/remove/add the fields in view

| Note: It is possible to add Further Information fields into the org chart. This could be used, for example, to display if an employee is a first aider. For more information on Further Information Fields see the related help guide. |
