This guide will show you how to use the Employee Directory to search for an employee record.

Introduction
The Employee Directory enables users of Ciphr HR to search the employee records, find and then display information relating to the employee (as determined by configuration) and contact the employee.
It is a great way to enable new employees to familiarise themselves with who’s who.

Navigating in the Employee Directory
- Click (My) Company > Employee Directory
- Use the search field options and criteria options to narrow down who you are looking for
- Click Search
- The results will be displayed
- If required click on Thumbnail View to display a grid of the matching records
- Locate and then click on the name of the required employee
- The screen will display information for the selected employee
- The information that is displayed for the person is configurable
- In the example shown clicking on the email address will create a new email to that person
- Clicking on the Manager Name will take you to that employee record in the directory
Reward Points
- Click on the green thumb icon below the employee photo to award Reward Points to the employee in view

Org Chart
- Click View Org Chart to see the person displayed on the organisation chart
