Introduction
The AD Connector has its own front end portal which allows for the management of users and the configuration of the service itself. Independent of the HR self service portal.
Credentials for accessing the portal will be provided to IT during the implementation of Ciphr AD Connector. If new credentials are required, please raise a customer care ticket and a new AD Connector API digital card will be created.
Portal Login
Your site can be found by appending /CiphrADConnector to the end of your normal HR site. For example https://ciphr.ciphr247.com/ciphradconnector
The user details to access this site are not tied to any employee records within HR and should be stored safely by customer IT to restrict access. It is also possible to enable MFA for the website, please raise a customer care ticket if you would like this switched on.
