This guide will show you how interactions with employees, such as capability, grievance or performance, can be stored in the Employee Relations area of HR.
Recording Employee Relations interactions
- Go to the following area
- Latest (left-hand) menu: Case Management > Employee Relations
- Pre 2025 (top) menu: People Admin > Employee Relations
- The screen will show, for the selected employee, a list of any interactions that have taken place
- Click Insert New record
- Select the Category for the interaction, enter the Reviewer and the Date
- Click Update
- The entry will be recorded and can now be amended with any supporting detail
- Click Update to return to the Summary view
- Click the Download icon to view a PDF version of the interaction
| Note: There are standard template documents which determine the output from the interaction when downloaded. The templates; Discipline, Grievance, Pay and Standard can be edited by Ciphr Customer Care |
