This guide explains how to configure the possible outcome types that could be reached at the end of a case, within the add-on Case Management module.
| Note: It's worth mapping out your case processes before you create your outcome types, so you can capture all the options you'll need from the start. Don't worry if you miss one, though, you can add new outcomes at any time. |
- Within Case Outcome Types these conclusions are set up and can then be used when recording a case outcome
- Go to Case Management > Case Management Configuration > Case Outcome Types
- The screen presented will display the outcome types that have been set up
- Click Insert New Record
- Record the outcome Name and Description and click Update
