Interactions with employees, such as capability, grievance or performance, can be stored in the Employee Relations area of Ciphr HR. These interactions are recorded against a category which must be set up.
- Navigate to
- Latest (left-hand) menu: Case Management > Case Management Configuration > Employee Relations Categories
- Pre 2025 menu: System > System Administration > Employee Relations Categories
- The screen will show a listing of all the currently created categories
- Select Insert New Record
- Enter a Description, select a Type and select a Security Field Group (if required)
- Select Update. The category will now be available for use to store employee relations interactions against
