Introduction

It is possible for the AD Connector to sync recently changed photos stored in HR into your O365 directory so they appears across your O365 apps. It is not possible for this function to sync back into Ciphr and should be treated as one way.

Requirements

To complete any task within Azure, it is necessary that the service is configured appropriately to communicate over the Microsoft Graph API. If you are unsure whether your service is linked to your Azure tenant, you can find guidance in the service KB article.

Enabling the photo sync

Go to the following area:

• Login to your AD Connector portal (IT Access only)
• Workflow Configuration > Daily Sync - Existing Users > Global Variables > Edit Record

Set the Enable Photo Update variable to "True". Any photos changed within HR will be synced to Azure going forward.
